Terms of use

These terms cover the fy_nance pre-launch website at fy-nance.com and its waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. They will be replaced by full terms of service when the product launches.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It reserves your position and founder tier, which are assigned in signup order.
• Founder tier discounts (50%, 33%, 25% lifetime, by signup order) apply to future paid subscriptions and are locked to the email address you signed up with.
• One signup per person. I reserve the right to remove entries that are automated, duplicated, or abusive, which also frees the spot for a real person.
• The Founder Lifetime plan ($499 one time) is offered during the pre-launch window only and is governed by the purchase terms presented at checkout when it becomes available.

Pre-launch information

Everything on this site describes a product under active development. Features, dates, and prices for tiers other than the locked founder discounts may change before launch. Where this site shows example figures (inventory values, fees, haircuts), they are illustrative, not quotes.

Not financial or tax advice

fy_nance produces records and calculations. It does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any item. For advice, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation.

fy_nance is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and illustrations are mine. You are welcome to share screenshots and link freely; do not pass the work off as your own or use it to impersonate fy_nance.

Liability

The site is provided as-is during pre-launch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this informational site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which fy_nance is organized at the time of any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
